Gary Jones (27) said: "These bite size Bible verses are great -- this morning rather than have a donut on my commute I checked out 'Temptation' verses on my iPod!"

The product was designed by ReignDesign. Creative director Nicholas Kruse added: "This is a meaningful app which people from all walks of life can use. Everyone carries a cellphone wherever they go and now everyone can have guidance from the Bible available wherever they are."

Over 500 Bible verses are organized by topic. No Internet connection is required, so there are no ongoing costs for using the application. The verses are available in three translations: New International Version (NIV), English Standard Version (ESV) and King James Version (KJV).
