Christian Web News - On Tuesday, a Tulsa County District Judge dismissed a former Oral Roberts University student's claims against ORU's former president Richard Roberts and his wife, Lindsay.

Judge Michael Gassett upheld the Roberts' motion to throw out the claims of breach of contract and conspiracy. The student's breach of contract claim against the university itself is still pending.

The case is being postponed while the student, David Brown, is training for the National Guard, and is scheduled to be heard in July.

Gassett dismissed a former ORU accountant's lawsuit against the university and its former administration, earlier this month. Another lawsuit filed by former professors was settled with undisclosed terms.
