David Rubin, founder of Shiloh Israel Children's Fund (SICF), will arrive in the U.S. on Nov. 10 for a two-week media tour beginning in Pittsburgh, Pa. Rubin will meet with media representatives and supporters of SICF to raise awareness of the organization's work, as well as the increase of Islamic threats to the Biblical heartland region of Israel.

"Since the launch of Shiloh Israel Children's Fund, we've been able to help families rebuild their lives after suffering massive traumas and injuries," said Rubin. "Terrorism continues to plague Shiloh, so there's still much work to be done. We've had a tremendous amount of support, and we're prayerful that we will be able to continue serving the needs of our community's children through treatment, innovative programming, and financial aid."

Rubin founded SICF after he and his 3-year old son Ruby survived a vicious terrorist shooting attack in 2001. Rubin began receiving dozens of requests to share his compelling story, and, in response to the outpouring of support, he launched the organization to help ease the pain and fear experienced by young victims like his son.
