We're so busy these days. We have every modern convenience we could ask for and yet our schedules are more packed than ever.
Needless to say, making a home cooked meal is often at the bottom of our list of priorities. We sometimes ask ourselves, "Does Proverbs 31:15 include KFC buckets?" Cooking has become a lost art. The number of young women (and men) who have no idea how to cook is astounding. Gone are the days when apple pies made from scratch set in window sills to cool. I don't advocate that we go back to spending hours a day preparing meals. However, preparing a meal for your family, or even for yourself, bears a satisfaction that goes beyond the dish itself. Instead of ordering a pizza tonight, try one of these super simple chicken recipes from Kraft Food and Family Magazine. They're quick, require few ingredients, and they taste a lot better than a five dollar pizza. Chicken in Creamy Pan Sauce
